Mentor

A personal assistant that its owner runs on their own computer.

Mentor is not offered to the public. Only its owner signs in to it, and it works only with the owner's own accounts.

What Mentor does with the owner's Google account

• Gmail: reads the owner's job-alert emails and searches their mail when they ask; saves email drafts that the owner reviews and sends themselves. Mentor never sends email.
• Google Calendar: reads the owner's calendar and, when the owner agrees, adds blocks of time to their own calendar. It never invites anyone.
• Google Drive: reads the documents in the owner's "Mentor" folder.
